Grown Little Man, Kevin Hart has been called “Seriously Funny,” but you’ve never seen him like this. REAL, RAW RAP. This eight minute video is divided into four clips. Kevin, aka Chocolate Droppa, is first in a clothing store introducing himself and his new album when, suddenly, he just goes in, 5 BARS of RAW. He then takes you into his “hood” in Beverly Hills, to a stylist’s, and finally into a parking garage. All the while he’s laying down lines from his mixtape, getting comfortable, and being all-around hysterical as the interviewer tries to get a rise of out of him.

Hart, who has already gained popularity through a number of successful stand-up television specials, is definitely one of the few talented young artists who’s emerged in this post-prime-SNL era. This perfectly quotable satire of the modern gangster rapper only gets more entertaining as “Chocolate Droppa” becomes a believable yet entirely ridiculous hip-hop persona in this soon-to-be-viral video.
